The founders each bring over 20 years of experience as practicing clinical orthotists, their expertise fuelled by a passion for high quality, patient-centred orthotic care and a hunger to elevate and empower the lives of patients through orthotic excellence.
We understand that no person is the same nor are their needs, so we aim to focus on the uniqueness of each individual to ensure they are at the centre of the decision-making process and that they receive personalised orthotic solutions.
How We Do It
Development of treatment plans and prescription of orthoses
As clinical experts we have access to all orthotics devices currently on the market and we are best placed to recommend a wide range of solutions to suit individual needs.
Where custom manufacture is appropriate, we have a select network of partners who produce the very best products in their areas of specialty. Some have skills and expertise in more traditional manufacture methods, but we also work with the latest technologies, digital workflows, and innovative products and componentry to give you the very best all orthotics has to offer.
The Process

The first step is to reach out and tell us more about you and the problem that you may be experiencing. This will help us determine the right clinician for your needs to ensure the best possible outcome for you.
Consultation
During the consultation we want to get to know you and the things you like to do or want to do, the problems that you face, and what your goals are. We want to fully understand you as a person, as well as your condition, so that your treatment plan is unique to you. We will carry out a full musculoskeletal and/or neurological assessment, including analysis of your movements and gait pattern, and we will then work together to decide what the best treatment will be for you. This may also include the involvement of other professionals that we currently work with, or we may collaborate with some of our clinical partners to provide other adjunct clinical support.
Data Capture
Anatomical capture – Each method of anatomical capture has its place depending on the treatment or prescription required, but we can measure, 3D Scan, cast or take impressions to gather the information we need to proceed with your orthoses design and build.
Fitting
We will thoroughly check the fitting of the orthoses and make sure it meets our agreed clinical goals and offers you the best outcome.
Review
It is important to review the treatment plan to ensure that goals are being met and you are progressing as expected. A review generally occurs after a 2-3month period.
