Initial Needs Assessment

Once instructed, the orthotist will complete a thorough assessment to focus the rehabilitation needs of each client and identify if orthotic intervention can bring value to those goals. Subsequent to the assessment, we furnish a detailed report encompassing objective measurements, associated expenses, and a meticulously outlined neurological rehabilitation treatment plan, bolstered by goal setting.

Following the assessment, we will provide a comprehensive report inclusive of objective measurements, associated costs and detailing any proposed orthotic treatment plan supported by clinical reasoning, rationale and goal planning.

Orthotic Treatment

We have access to all orthotics devices currently on the market and our team are able to recommend a wide range of solutions to suit individual needs. Where custom manufacture is appropriate, we have a select network of partners who produce the very best custom-made products in their areas of specialty. Some have skills and expertise in more traditional manufacture methods, but we also work with the latest technologies, digital workflows and innovative products, componentry and companies to give patients the very best all orthotics has to offer.

Our orthotists are highly experienced at working within multidisciplinary teams both in their NHS and private capacity and communicate efficiently and effectively ensuring a team approach. Our aim is to make sure that any orthotic intervention is collaboratively agreed, adds value to their functional goals and gets them closer to identified goals.

We can provide orthotic care instructions and support for any aligned carers and support workers so that any orthotic intervention is fully integrated into their clinical regime.
